Return & Exchange Policy

THANGAM JEWEL Collection gives you the option to return or Exchange purchased item(s)*.

Exchange Policy

Any order that has been shipped, falls within an Exchange category and is within the 2 days limit from the date of delivery can be requested for exchange.

To exchange the item that has been shipped within 2 days limit from the date of delivery can be requested for Exchange in its original condition.

AED 20/- exchange charges and AED 20/- for the item delivery charge will be applicable.

Damaged Item Exchange Policy

To exchange the damaged item can be requested anytime. AED 20/- for the collection charges will be applicable along with item damage exchange charges as per below table.

Exchange Charges For Damaged Items:

• Less than 0.50 grams = 30 dirham
• 0.50 grams to 1 grams = 45 dirham
• 1 grams to 1.4 grams = 60 dirham
• 1.5 grams to 1.9 grams = 75 dirham
• 2 grams to 2.4 grams = 90 dirham

Note: if customer has any new order for delivery, then the item collection charge of 20 dirham will not include. We will exchange the item only with exchange charges.

Refund Policy

Any oder that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category and is within the 2 days limit from the date of delivery can be requested for return.

• If you didn’t like our products after receiving from courier, you can return the items at the same time to our courier representative before he leave in its original condition (Delivery charge 20 dirham for each item will be applicable).
• Any order that has been shipped, within the 2 days limit from the date of delivery, can be requested for return in its original condition. AED 40/- is applicable for refund (20/- for the item delivery and 20/- for the refund (Item collection) charge. *If more than one item then 20 AED per item will be applicable.

Damaged Item Refund Policy

THANGAM JEWEL Collection gives you the option to return the damaged items(s)*also, that has been shipped within 2 days limit from the date of delivery, can be requested for return.

AED 20/- for the item delivery and AED 20/- for the item collection charge will be applicable along with damage refund charge of the item as per below table.

Refund Charges For Damaged Items:

Order Policy

• THANGAM JEWEL has the right to cancel any order for any reason. (Reason can be out of stock, remote area, wrong contact number, wrong address, address out of UAE etc.)
• We don't keep any order more than one week. After one week, THANGAM JEWEL manually cancels the order.
• Remote area shipping charges are non-refundable

Cash On Delivery

THANGAM JEWEL offer payment method cash on delivery. You can select the payment method on checkout page. Default method is cash on delivery.

Check Your Item before Paying

Customers can check their item before paying cash. But if the customer is not willing to accept the shipment, we can return the order at the same time, but there should be a delivery charge of Dhs. 20 applicable.

VAT FREE

We don't charge the customer for VAT, THANGAMJEWEL will pay your VAT.

Delivery On Remote Areas

We Are Providing Deliveries In Remote Areas (Ex: Ruwais, Zayed City, Madinat Zayed, Ghayathi, Barari, Al Mirfa, Tarif) and Other Remote Areas Of Al Ain & Abu Dhabi (Al Saad, Rimah, Al Khazna, Al Khtam & Al Khatim). Delivery Charge AED 30 Applicable & Delivery Within 12 to 15 Days.

NOTE: Urgent Delivery (Charge AED 100 & Delivery Within 2 to 3 Days)
